Mascot
Bring the energy in costume. Wave, dance, and delight the crowd.
→Mascot Buddy
Be the mascot's guide and hype crew. Keep 'em cool and crowd-ready.
→DJ
Pump up the crowd with an upbeat playlist and start-line hype duties.
→Race Day Photographer
Capture the moments — setup, start line, finish line smiles, awards. Bring your camera or phone.
→Volunteer Check-In
Greet, check in, spread good vibes. Be the first smile every volunteer sees.
→Runner Registration
Check in 5K runners, hand out goodie bags and T-shirts. Best for organized people.
→Water Station Host #1
Set up and run the first water station along the course. Keep our racers hydrated.
→Water Station Host #2
Run the second water station along the course. Same vibe, second location.
→Route Marshal
Direct runners along the course and cheer them on. Bring your energy and maybe a cowbell!
→Security
Keep an eye on the course and help ensure everyone stays safe and on track.
→Race Day Medic
Certified EMT or nurse? Staff our medical station for minor injuries or emergencies. Your expertise keeps everyone safe.
→Race Timer
Manually track finish times — especially first finishers in each category. Bring a stopwatch or use your phone.
→Golf Cart Driver
Shuttle supplies and volunteers around the event site. Bring your own golf cart. Check in by 6AM.
→Setup Crew (5:30AM)
First on scene to set up tables, tents, sound, and race markers. Breakfast provided after setup.
→Cleanup Crew
Help leave the school spotless. Trash, packing up tables, removing chalk. Check in by 10AM.

Day-before-race setup of registration materials and bib bags.
→Youth Packet Assembly
Assemble runner packets the week before race day. Great for groups, teams, or families.
Bring the goods
Drop off food and supplies that fuel runners and volunteers. Every item is tax-deductible.
Bring 25 Bananas
Help us go bananas for our racers. Drop off at Food Booth by 7AM race day. 12 spots open.
→Bring 50 Whole Oranges
Got a tree full of sunshine? Drop homegrown or store-bought oranges at the Food Booth by 7AM.
→Bring 100 Granola Bars
Individually wrapped granola bars — perfect grab-and-go for runners. Bonus points for nut-free!
→Bring 60 Water Bottles
Donate cases of sealed water bottles to be handed out during and after the race. Drop at Food Booth by 7AM.
→Volunteer Breakfast (24)
Help fuel our amazing volunteers. Bring muffins, pastries, bagels, or fruit to the Volunteer Tent by 6:30AM.
→Hot Chocolate (50)
Warm hearts, warm hands. Bring hot chocolate packets and water coolers with hot water by 6:30AM.
→Snacks for Packet Assembly
Bring snacks to fuel the youth packet assembly crew the week before race day.
